How the Application Review process begins

During the consultation, you can discuss the application you are working on, its current stage, any concerns you may have, and whether your application was previously returned by IRCC.
3 — Discuss the appropriate next steps
The RCIC will discuss whether the Application Review service is appropriate for your situation and explain the applicable next steps.
4 — Decide how you wish to proceed
If Application Review is appropriate for your situation, you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the service. There is no obligation to proceed with the service simply because you attended the consultation.
What Application Review does NOT include
The service does not include:

Preparing or completing your application forms on your behalf;

Preparing supporting documents or evidence on your behalf;

Submitting the application to IRCC on your behalf;

Corresponding with IRCC on your behalf; or
